Prosper Eagles reach the finals to play Coppell a team that beat Prosper twice during the regular season. Coppell came in with the momentum having to beat Prosper in the final regular season game just to make the playoffs. Riding that momentum into the playoffs helped Coppell beat the number one seed and regular season champion Southlake in the Semi final round 6-2. 

Prosper beat Northwest 2- to arrive as the top remaining seed in the finals itching to atone for the two previous losses to Coppell.

The game got off to a worrisome start as Coppell was awarded a controversial goal by the referee to stake an early 1-0 lead. But then Freshmen Connor Kirby broke open the game for Prosper with a power play goal and then followed up with a Coast to Coast drive to put Prosper in the lead for good at 2-1.

Reilly Price added an import third goal in the second and an insurance goal in the third to cap off the scoring for Prosper.

In the end the team stormed on to the ice as the buzzer sounded for a 4-2 victory and the League JV Silver Division Championship!!
